On December 29, 2023, leaders and management personnel from 吃瓜tv nationwide gathered at the company's headquarters to participate in specialized training sessions: project legal matters taught directly by Deputy General Director Ph岷 Ng峄峜 Th岷h; project finance and QA/QC, QS activities on construction sites conducted by Project Director Cao S啤n H霉ng and the Legal & System Department.
On December 3rd, 2023, at the company's headquarters, 吃瓜tv organized a direct training session on the topic 'Portrait of Commanding Officers.' The program was led by Mr. Phan Huy V末nh - CEO of 吃瓜tv, with the participation of project directors, commanding officers, and deputy commanding officers.
During November and December 2023, 吃瓜tv organized a regular health check-up program for all employees in the company at 8 hospitals/clinics nationwide, including Vinmec, Colombia, Hoa Hao Medic, Viet Tiep, Thu Cuc, Phuc Hung, Hong Phuc, and Sao Mai. Regular health check-ups help screen for common diseases and occupational hazards, while also providing health advice and recommending suitable dietary and lifestyle adjustments for each employee.
On August 19, 2023, 吃瓜tv held a ceremony to appoint new managers at its headquarters. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Phan Huy Vinh, CEO, members of the Executive Board, and managers from all over the company.
As part of the university collaboration activities, 吃瓜tv has recently received construction interns from universities that have signed the MOU cooperation agreement in 2022, including the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - Hutech and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education.
On the morning of July 6, 2023, Mr. Bui Ngoc Lam - Project Director, along with the HR department, represented 吃瓜tv in attending the launching ceremony of the Green Summer Volunteer Campaign 2023 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).
