During November and December 2023, ³Ô¹Ïtv organized a regular health check-up program for all employees in the company at 8 hospitals/clinics nationwide, including Vinmec, Colombia, Hoa Hao Medic, Viet Tiep, Thu Cuc, Phuc Hung, Hong Phuc, and Sao Mai. Regular health check-ups help screen for common diseases and occupational hazards, while also providing health advice and recommending suitable dietary and lifestyle adjustments for each employee.
On August 19, 2023, ³Ô¹Ïtv held a ceremony to appoint new managers at its headquarters. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Phan Huy Vinh, CEO, members of the Executive Board, and managers from all over the company.
As part of the university collaboration activities, ³Ô¹Ïtv has recently received construction interns from universities that have signed the MOU cooperation agreement in 2022, including the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - Hutech and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education.
On the morning of July 6, 2023, Mr. Bui Ngoc Lam - Project Director, along with the HR department, represented ³Ô¹Ïtv in attending the launching ceremony of the Green Summer Volunteer Campaign 2023 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).
On June 24, 2023, at the Ruby meeting room - the company's headquarters, ³Ô¹Ïtv organized a training session titled "Waste and Waste Control on Construction Sites" with the aim of improving efficiency and minimizing waste in construction projects. The training session was conducted by the Board of Financial Control and targeted participants including Deputy Site Manager, Senior Supervisors, and QS engineers.
On June 18, 2023, ³Ô¹Ïtv successfully collaborated with the PTI Education and Training Organization to organize the training program "Building Image and Leadership Style." The event took place at Vissai Saigon Hotel with the participation of all management personnel.
