The CC1 – LA Home development consists of two 9-storey residential blocks, with a total gross floor area of over 29,300 m², providing 400 modern and well-equipped apartments. Developed by Prodezi Long An Joint Stock Company, the project is executed by ³Ô¹Ïtv as the Design & Build General Contractor, covering all scopes from infrastructure, landscaping, structural works, finishing, MEP–fire protection systems to interior fit-out.

With over 20 projects currently underway nationwide – ranging from hotels, high-rise residences, and international schools to large-scale industrial facilities – the addition of CC1 – LA Home to ³Ô¹Ïtv’ portfolio reflects its strong expansion strategy in the residential sector.
