On 05th January 2013, beating the competition from several other trusted contractors during the tender process, ³Ô¹Ïtv officially received the Letter of Acceptance for the project Bau Cat Building invested by Khai Tien Real Company. ³Ô¹Ïtv, is accordingly the Main Contractor for construction of “Foundation, Basement, Superstructure, Finishing & M&E Works” with VND 20,0 billions including VAT.

Located in Bau Cat Street, Ward 14, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh, Bau Cat comprises of 1 basements with 8 stories built on a construction area of 2.200 m2. Bau Cat Building is designed by Namhouse. ³Ô¹Ïtv is scheduled to finish construction in 8 months and ³Ô¹Ïtv commits to hand over the project on time with high quality to build up trust by the Client for further cooperation between ³Ô¹Ïtv and Khai Tien Real in the future.
