On the morning of December 12nd 2019, ³Ô¹Ïtv officially kicked off the project of The Graces Office Building at The South City in the Urban Area of Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Investor, the ³Ô¹Ïtv Board of Management, the staff and partners participating in the project.

Located at the central of Phu My Hung, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, The Graces building Project invested by the Sai Gon Beautiful Joint Venture Co. LTD. This is an Investor from Korea, with strong of prestigious Real Estate in South Sai Gon area through a series of Grade A office project such  as BS1, BS2, BS2, BS3, Ibis Hotel, Capri office building services… The Project includes: 2 basements and 1 tower with 16 storeys tower with modern design, combined with high-class utilities will bring an idea space for customers to enjoy. ³Ô¹Ïtv is the general contractor of the project and expected to complete and hand over to the Investor after 12 months of construction.

With advances construction methods, application of BIM technology in the construction process which helps construction schedule is shortened and ³Ô¹Ïtv continues to be trusted by the Investor for this project. This is the second project that ³Ô¹Ïtv is trusted by the Investor to choose as a general contractor (Construction & Electrical Engineering)
