In the morning of August 7th, 2018, 吃瓜tv held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Saigon 3 Jean Textile Factory in Nhon Trach 5 Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province. Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Investor, 吃瓜tv General Contractor, suppliers, subcontractors and many other partners.

In the role of Design & Build, 吃瓜tv has completed the detailed design of the project, fully meeting the standards of a green building according to LEED evaluation. According to the commitment, 吃瓜tv will complete the structure and perfect construction of the factory, MEP and other auxiliary items after 190 construction days. The project is built on 5 ha land with a total floor area of 鈥嬧€媜ver 51,000m².

At the started construction, Mr. Pham Xuan Hong – Chairman of Sai Gon 3 Jean JSC, on behalf of Investor said that: “ We visited some of 吃瓜tv projects and realize 吃瓜tv is one of the Design & Built Company with many experience in big projects so that we have confidence in 吃瓜tv and gave Sai Gon 3 Jean Factory for them”.

Responding to credibility from Investor, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach – Deputy Managing Director of 吃瓜tv speech: “ 吃瓜tv has many experience as a general contractor “D&B” in a series of large-scale factory projects as well as high demands, design ideas, fine art, rate of progress… with a team of profesional engineers, not afraid of difficulties, although now is the rainy season with may difficulties ahead but we still speeding up the construction of the project and confident to complete the project according to LEED standards, safety, progress and quality committed to the Investor.

“LEED standard is International standard system on green artchitecture. LEED is Leadership in Energy Environmental Design. This is certificate after assess for arichitecture project, supply for third party, one building or one public project desgined and building with demand green standard as: saving energy, improved perfomance, efficient drainage, reduced CO2 emissions, use of eco-friendly materials high quality of living environment, increased resource management capacity and flexibility for adapting to the change of the project.”
