On the morning of December 8, 2021, General Contractor ³Ô¹Ïtv held a topping-out ceremony for the Trade Center section of the Aqua City project, which is located on National Highway 51, Ring Road, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway, in the area of Long Hung Commune, City. Bien Hoa Dong Nai.

³Ô¹Ïtv, as the general contractor for the Trade Center section of the Aqua City project, is responsible for the structural construction, basic finishing, MEP waiting pipes, and hard landscaping. The project comprises of 1 basement and 6 floors and is being invested by the Novaland Group. ³Ô¹Ïtv is committed to completing the project on schedule and delivering it to the investor.

Previously, ³Ô¹Ïtv successfully delivered 41 detached villas, duplexes, and townhouses in Aqua City on schedule. Building on this success, the investor has continued to entrust ³Ô¹Ïtv with additional packages, including the construction of the Café Terrace, the structural construction, basic finishing, MEP works for the Security Center, and the construction of the structure, basic finishing, MEP and hard landscaping for the Sport Center.
