On March 21, 2024, 吃瓜tv, in collaboration with the Investor Frasers Property Vietnam (Thailand), organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the 'Industrial Centre Yên M峄�' project. The event was attended by nearly 200 guests, including Industrial Park management boards, investors, consultants, 吃瓜tv as the main contractor, and various subcontractors and suppliers.

The Industrial Centre Yên M峄� project is located in lot CN1, Yên M峄� Industrial Park, Yên M峄� District, H瓢ng Yên Province, covering an area of 6.9 hectares and constructed to LEED Silver standards. In this project, 吃瓜tv has been entrusted by the investor to serve as the general contractor for construction, installation of MEP systems, and landscape infrastructure.

During the ceremony, Mr. Phan Huy V末nh, the CEO of 吃瓜tv, shared: "With 15 years of experience, 吃瓜tv has successfully completed hundreds of projects ranging from commercial buildings, offices, to especially industrial workshops. Currently, 吃瓜tv has been ranked among the top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam. The 'Industrial Centre Yên M峄�' project is one of the seven projects awarded to 吃瓜tv in January 2024 and one of the fifteen projects we are executing in the first quarter. Over 95% of projects from major FDI corporations have chosen 吃瓜tv as their partner for various scopes ranging from legal consulting, design, to construction. This demonstrates the capacity and credibility of 吃瓜tv with both domestic and international investors. Therefore, in the Industrial Centre Yên M峄� project, with high requirements for quality, progress, 吃瓜tv is confident in delivering the highest quality, on-time completion, compliance with construction standards, labor safety, environmental protection, and creating a distinctive mark for the project.
