On August 12, 2026, 吃瓜tv officially commenced construction of the basement works for The Stella 69 Project, located at 69 Vo Van Kiet Street, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This marks the fourth project that 吃瓜tv has undertaken in partnership with KITA Group, and the third project under the Stella brand, further demonstrating the Client's trust in 吃瓜tv' construction capabilities and experience.
Continuing the Partnership Journey with KITA Group
Following Stella Mega City, Stella 360 Apartment, and KITA Group Office Building, 吃瓜tv has once again been selected by KITA Group to undertake the basement construction package for The Stella 69.
Located at 69 Vo Van Kiet Street, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, the project comprises 2 basement levels and 24 above-ground floors, marking a new presence for the Stella brand along Vo Van Kiet Boulevard.
For high-rise developments in urban areas, basement construction plays a critical role in establishing the schedule and construction rhythm for the entire project. The construction of two basement levels along Vo Van Kiet Boulevard also presents stringent requirements for construction methods, safety management, monitoring, and control of potential impacts on neighboring structures from the very beginning of the project.
