In the morning of 12/04/2021, ³Ô¹Ïtv have successfully accomplished the ground-breaking ceremony of "Residential area (Phase 1)- Palm Marina" located in Long Truong ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh city by investor Cuu Long Real Estate Investment & Development.

Project "Residential area (Phase 1)- Palm Marina" will be executed with the model of a premium compound residence, including villas, shophouses and apartments with the gross land area of 90.772,00 sqm:
- Land area of low-rise residential units (Villas and shophouses): 35.084,74 sqm
- Land area of sport center: 1.296,66 sqm
As the role of main contractor, ³Ô¹Ïtv will execute 92 units and the sport center with the total schedule of 12 months.
