TRAINING COURSE ON COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER CARE SKILLS

In order to set up a working environment with a team of highly qualified and professional employees, civilized and polite communication, therefore on May 12nd 2018, ³Ô¹Ïtv organized a course of “Communication & Customer Care Skill” with the enthusiastic participation of employees in the Company.

The course took place vigorously with the full participation of employees of the Department and Site. Coming to the training course, students are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills in communication and negotiation in a modern business environment. Accordingly, the object of communication and negotiation is not only partners, customers, but also colleagues of the company. The essential skills such as communicating information, listening, empathetic, building relationships in the spirit of mutual respect, feedback received, decision in negotiation ... all are real classes on real-life situations in the construction field.

Mr. Trinh Viet Hung – Deputy Manager site of Little Village project said: “I am really excited about this class because the atmosphere of excitement and openness comes from the students.
