On 30/12/2013, Contractor ³Ô¹Ïtv collaborated with Employer Thien Son Co., Ltd. to hold Topping out Ceremony for the office building at 16 Ngo Thoi Nhiem. The Ceremony marked an important milestone, recognized construction completion stage of the building after 6-month commencement.

Along with the application of advanced construction methods in combination with experience in construction of high-rise buildings, ³Ô¹Ïtv has completed the construction of the project in accordance with the criteria undertaken by two sides’ leaders. 6 months after the date of commencement of the first item, ³Ô¹Ïtv has completed Steel-Enforced Concrete Package. The Employer appreciated the progress, quality and safety made by ³Ô¹Ïtv.

Rites of the Topping out Ceremony

The Topping out Ceremony took place successfully, marked a good cooperation between the Employer, Thien Son Co., Ltd., and Contractor ³Ô¹Ïtv. In the future, ³Ô¹Ïtv will make a sustained effort to implement the package and complete it in accordance with given progress and quality. The project after completion will definitely fully satisfy the comfort and modernity of an office building, bringing the Employer a mark.
